Telegram

Kardo sends messages to you through your bot.

1. Open Telegram and search @BotFather.
2. Send /newbot and pick any name.
3. BotFather gives you a long key. Copy it.
4. Paste it here.
5. Open your new bot and press Start.
6. Tap "Check it".

Without it: Kardo can email you instead.

Discord

About 2 minutes

Kardo posts messages in that channel.

1. Open your Discord server.
2. Channel settings → "Integrations".
3. Make a new link for Kardo and copy it.
4. Paste it here and tap "Check it".

Slack

About 5 minutes

Kardo posts messages in that channel.

1. Go to api.slack.com/apps and make a new app.
2. Turn on "Incoming Webhooks".
3. Add a new link for your channel and copy it.
4. Paste it here.

Google Sheets

About 2 minutes

Kardo adds a new row for every entry.

1. Open your Google Sheet.
2. Tap Share.
3. Add the Kardo email shown below as Editor.
4. Copy the sheet link and paste it here.

Without it: Kardo can show entries on your private page and email you.

Notion

About 4 minutes

Kardo adds new notes under that page.

1. Go to notion.so/profile/integrations and make a new connection.
2. Copy the secret key.
3. Open your page → ••• → Connections → add it.
4. Paste the key and page link here.

Without it: Kardo can email you instead.

Airtable

About 4 minutes

Kardo adds a new row for every entry.

1. Go to airtable.com/create/tokens.
2. Make a key with "data.records:write" for your base.
3. Copy it, and the base ID from your base link.
4. Paste the key, base ID and table name here.

Without it: Kardo can show entries on your private page.

WhatsApp Business

About 45 minutes · Needs approval

WhatsApp only allows business messages through its official service.

Meta must check your business and approve your message. This can take 1 to 5 days.

1. Go to developers.facebook.com and make a Business app.
2. Add WhatsApp to it.
3. Copy the Phone number ID and the account ID.
4. In Business Settings, make a system user and a permanent key.
5. Make a message in WhatsApp Manager and wait for approval.
6. Paste everything here.

Without it: Until it is approved, Kardo can send an email or Telegram message instead. You can switch later with one tap.

X (Twitter)

About 15 minutes · Needs approval

X allows posting only with your own developer keys.

X charges about ₹1.30 for each post. You pay X directly.

1. Go to developer.x.com and sign in.
2. Make a project and an app with "Read and write".
3. Make the consumer keys and the access keys.
4. Add credit to pay per post.
5. Paste all four here.

Without it: Kardo can remind you with the post ready to copy.

Facebook Page

About 20 minutes · Needs approval

Facebook allows page posts only with a key you give.

Meta may need to check your business first. This can take a few days.

1. Go to developers.facebook.com and make an app.
2. Add "pages_manage_posts" permission.
3. Use Graph Explorer to get a Page key for your page.
4. Paste the Page ID and key here.

Without it: Kardo can remind you with the post ready to copy.
